The stars in the universe are as endless as the sand grains on Earth.
This comes to show us that life is eternal and steams from within. So while we all take part in this cycle, each one of us is a unique grain of sand that can one day evolve into a star.
I wrote this book because it was a way for me to heal myself and put my heart out there in this world. A way to bring forth my perspective to those who are looking to perceive things in a different light. Those who might feel confused.
I am not promising you that this book has all of the answers. In fact, the answer is not the point. Life will always have ups and down and there is no end, or solution for everything and I am not trying to give you one.
But I do offer you comfort by telling you my story and how I found a way of living a better life through the practice of yoga and the study of its ancient traditions.
My wish is to encourage my readers and my students to write their own book, sing their own song and dance their own unique dance. By doing so, they will share a part of their heart with the world.
While life giving us so much and at the same time take what we find most precious…
Always remember the grains of sand will never end.
They are infinite like us. We will change and transform our shape but our essence will last forever just as stardust sparkles upon the sand.
