ד"ר אמל עאמר, עורך דין ומגשר, איש חינוך בעל ותק של עשרים שנה בהוראה, בהדרכה ובניהול במשרד החינוך, בעל תואר ראשון בחינוך, תואר ראשון במשפטים ותואר ראשון בתקשורת, תואר שני במסלול מחקרי מאוניברסיטת חיפה ותואר שלישי בהצטיינות בחינוך באוניברסיטת אריאל, בוגר הכשרת מנהלים של אבני ראשה ובוגר לימודי תעודה במנהל, מנהיגות ומדיניות בחינוך מהאוניברסיטה הפתוחה ועמית תוכנית מעבר לאופק במכון מופ"ת. זוכה פרס דוקטורנטים מצטיינים על תפוקות מחקר בשנים תשפ"א–תשפ"ב ובמלגת המרכז להמורשת הדרוזית בישראל. בעבר מנהל בית הספר הדמוקרטי בחדרה, מנהל בית הספר מקיף בית חנינא בירושלים ומרצה במכללה האקדמית הערבית לחינוך בחיפה. כיום בפוסט דוקטורט באוניברסיטת חיפה ומרצה בקריה האקדמית אונו.

Dr. Aml Amer is a lawyer, mediator, and educator with nearly twenty years of experience in teaching, training, and management at the Ministry of Education. He formerly served as the director of the Democratic School in Hadera and Director of the Beit Hanina Comprehensive School in Jerusalem and has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including the award for Outstanding Doctoral Students for Research Outputs and a scholarship from the Center of Druze Heritage in Israel. He currently maintains a postdoctoral position at the University of Haifa and is a lecturer at the Ono Academic College and Arab Academic College of Education in Haifa. Dr. Amer is the author of Education Policy in Israel – the Journey of Druze Education, as well as a fellow of the Beyond the Horizon program at the MOFET Institute. He holds bachelor's degrees in education, law, and communications, a master's degree in a research track, and a PhD with honors in education. Additionally, he is a graduate of executive training of Avni Rasha and a graduate of diploma studies in administration, leadership, and policy in education from the Open University
